Ingredients
  

Chicken Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Vegetable Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini sliced into half-moons
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 1 small red onion sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes and place them in a bowl.
  • Toss the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until fully coated.
  • Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Add the seasoned vegetables to the air fryer basket and continue cooking for another 7-8 minutes, shaking once for even cooking.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with fresh parsley or Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!

For best results, cook the chicken and vegetables in a single layer to allow crispiness. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
