  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted

For the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Vegetables

  • 2 cups baby potatoes halved
  • 1 1/2 cups carrots chopped
  • 1 cup green beans optional

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the chicken for 2 minutes per side to enhance flavor (optional step).

  • Place baby potatoes, carrots, and green beans at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Lay the chicken breasts on top of the vegetables.

Notes
