  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika for color and flavor
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour for dredging
  • to taste salt & black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for even cooking.
    Prep the Chicken
  • Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, and seasonings.
  • Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes to ensure the inside is fully cooked.
