Ingredients
  

For the Dressing Base

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt full-fat or low-fat for creaminess
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk or milk with a splash of vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder adds depth of flavor
  • 1 tsp dried dill or fresh for a more vibrant taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, buttermilk, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, parsley, salt, and black pepper.

  • Whisk everything together until well blended. For a smoother texture, use a blender.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Add more buttermilk for a thinner consistency.

  • Use as a salad dressing, dip, or sandwich spread. Enjoy!
