  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar for rolling

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Ensure the cookies are warm but not too hot when pressing in the chocolate kiss to prevent melting.
