Instructions
Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and rolling with a pin.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with peanut butter and mix until a dough forms.
Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to firm up.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off, and place them back on the baking sheet.
Chill the coated balls for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate is fully set.

Notes
For a shinier coating, add a teaspoon of coconut oil to the melted chocolate. Use fresh Oreos for the best texture and taste.
